We specialise in, Fully Subsidised Student Accommodation Developments earmarked specifically at the NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) student market, as well as Integrated Residential Housing or Mixed-Use Development market.

Urban Dev has a Turnkey Development approach, therefore controlling and managing the entire process from land procurement, township establishment, bulk, link and internal infrastructure, providing funding solutions, marketing and sales of products being bulk or individual sales, project and construction management. This enables us to enter the market with a well-priced product without compromising quality. The approach also provides us with the flexibility to control the pace of development by adapting to changing market drivers.
