They are the founding members of Calgro M3, a residential property development company listed
on the JSE, specializing in integrated / mixed-use developments. Both Derek and Deon are still
substantial shareholders of Calgro M3 and are currently appointed as consultants for Calgro M3 in
a strategic and mentorship role whilst establishing Urban Dev Property Development (Pty) Ltd. (See
