The site is situated 6.5 km south of the Bloemfontein CBD and by ex- tending Vereeniging Drive connects the Mangaung and Uitsig suburbs. The development also connects well with the Hamilton industrial area to the east. The development is focussed on a mixed use program encouraging a sustainable proposal integrating the surrounding areas.
The project consists of 5,039 residential opportunities and the scope of works consists of a complete township establishment process, upgrading of bulk and link infrastructure, construction of roads, water, sewer, storm water and electrical infrastructure as well as the marketing and sales of a wide range of residential units including the construction of all of the mentioned top-structures.
